Bid Requirements:
INVITATION TO BID REMODELING SERVICES PETTIS COUNTY AMBULANCE DISTRICT:
The Pettis County Ambulance District is soliciting bids for a sleeping quarters remodel at 1850 Hwy TT Sedalia, MO 65301. Local proposers based out of Pettis County highly desired. General liability insurance required.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond, payable to Pettis County Ambulance District, in the amount of (10%) of the total bid amount as a guarantee that the successful bidder or bidders will enter into contract and furnish performance and payment bonds in the full amount of the contract, at its own cost, from a bonding company with a Best’s rating of at least B+/VII or greater within ten (10) days after the award is made. Accordingly, the cost of the performance and payment bonds should be included in the bid.
The Vendor must provide a history of the Company, qualifications and years of experience in completing similar projects and of staff performing services.
The Vendor must also provide references from three (3) similar projects. These references will include the name, address, & telephone number.
A certificate of workers compensation insurance must be provided.
The Vendor must comply with RSMo 285.530 which states that as a condition of award of any contract in excess of Five Thousand Dollars by any political subdivision the business entity shall, by sworn affidavit and provision of documentation, affirm its enrollment and participation in a federal work authorization work program with respect to the employees working in connection with the contracted services by submitting Exhibit B.

- Construction of two insulated walls
- Installation of four new wood frames and doors to match existing
- Relocation of existing ceiling fans, speakers, and can lights to coordinate with new floor plan
- Light switches for each room
- Finished drywall and paint
- Vinyl base to match
- Clean up and disposal of debris
- Only one area can be remodeled at a time
- Estimated time: project start & completion
Interested vendors should submit bids clearly marked Sleeping Quarters Remodel by 2:00 P.M.CDT, July 26, 2022, to 210 W. 4th Street Sedalia, MO. Bids will be publicly opened at 6:00 P.M. in the Education Building at 400 S. Kentucky Sedalia, MO. The Pettis County Ambulance District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informality. The Pettis County Ambulance District also reserves the right to select the lowest and/or best bidder as determined by the District in its sole discretion.
